Application Overview

Please complete this application to be considered for a Crew Member or Leader position with the Wisconsin Conservation Corps in 2025. This form cannot save and resume your work. Expect to take 5 to 10 minutes to complete this application. Here is an overview of our hiring process:

Step 1

Applicants will be contacted via email within two weeks to join a small group informational Zoom call about the Crew Program. This call will be about 60 minutes long and feature multiple applicants attending a presentation given by a WisCorps staff member. Applicants should expect to introduce themselves to the group and come prepared with questions about the program.

Step 2

Step 2. After the informational call, all applicants will be required to complete our Crew Questionnaire. Leaders Only: After the informational call, selected applicants will be invited to an hour-long interview over Zoom. This will be a more traditional interview, with the applicant answering questions for about 45 minutes. This interview style is only for Crew Leader applicants.

Step 3

Step 3: After two or more positive references are returned, applicants are notified of their final status regarding their Crew Member or Leader application. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our staff if you have any questions or prefer a paper application.
